We provide friendship and emotional support, free pregnancy testing, and maternity and baby clothes. We also give information and referrals to help clients meet legal, medical, financial, and housing needs. Birthright treats each woman as an individual who deserves kindness and respect, as well as personal attention to her unique situation. All Birthright services are free, absolutely confidential, and available to any woman regardless of age, race, creed, economic or marital status.

Trained phone consultants are available at all hours to take your calls and e-mail. This site will also help you locate the pregnancy centers nearest you. These centers offer many services, including free pregnancy tests, peer counseling, post-abortion help, and information about pregnancy symptoms, fetal development, abortion procedures, abortion risks, and pregnancy options.

Care Net is a non-profit organization that supports a network of over 750 pregnancy resource centers in the United States and Canada. These centers offer free pregnancy tests, peer counseling, post-abortion support and other practical help to empower women and men facing pregnancy related concerns.  Our focus is women in need.
